About the company

JAM Prospects was founded in 1994. Since then, the company has grown at a substantial rate and now has affiliated offices throughout all states and territories in Australia.

It is the company objective, to further expand our operation nationally and internationally.

JAM Prospects head office is in Melbourne. We represent major and minor sporting clubs. From the AFL, NRL, NBL, Rugby union and A League clubs, to local sporting clubs and teams.

We specialise in Event Promotion and Business Promotions. Both channels consist of face to face presentations with potential customers, widely known as the “Human Commercial TM”

JAM Prospects is dedicated to ongoing training and support, which enables our people to manage client budgets, a workforce and ultimately manage and  run their own marketing teams.

Our company is proud to say the word “opportunity” is central to our core values. We strive to provide a work environment where people can excel within their role, enjoy themselves whilst they work and build a successful career.

All successful applicants to our company begin their career at a level where they will receive ongoing training. For the more ambitious and career minded, there are long term opportunities within the organisation.

Applicants who are invited to join the “business development program”, can expect to be running their own campaigns and clients within 12 to 18 months of joining the company, during this period their income is also expected to increase significantly from their initial marketing role.
