Company Goals JAM Prospects is a Sports Marketing Company that has associated offices throughout each city in Australia and in in New Zealand, it has an ambition to continue its expansion plans throughout Australia, with a short term focus of opening 4 new locations in the Eastern, Western, Northern and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. The Mid Term objectives over the next 6-24 months are to expand its operations overseas working for various sporting clubs in countries such as the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and many others. Finally the long term vision is to have Sports Marketing offices working at sporting events through out the U.S.A, we envisage the US expansion to take place over the next 36 months. In order for JAM Prospects to achieve its above goals, the initial phase will be to grow its sales and marketing teams in Australia, with current oppourtunities allowing the sales force to grow by more than 40% over the next 3 months. The next phase of growth will be to develop its people from sales/marketing into team leaders and eventually into Management levels, thus allowing the expansion of its new offices.
